Led end-to-end development of a full corporate rebrand, including brand strategy, messaging framework, visual identity system, website redesign, internal and external rollout plans, updated collateral and templates, and launch campaign. Oversaw cross-functional coordination across creative, executive, and operational teams to ensure alignment and adoption.

Oversaw full video production from concept to final cut: led scripting, storyboarding, and creative direction to ensure alignment with brand and message. Managed speaker coordination, guided on-camera delivery, and collaborated with designers and editors to bring the vision to life. Maintained creative control throughout to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact.

Led creation of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
